Still don't have my glasses. It has been nearly a year since I ordered them. Little-to-no communication from the company, unless I send them a ticket. I was supposed to receive them long before COVID-19, but now of course COVID-19 is the excuse. I'm very tired of waiting on this. No glasses in the world are worth this much insanity.

Frames are great. But getting the correct lens prescription is the biggest problem. Customer service is very slow, but receiving the lenses takes at least 3-4 months of waiting just to receive the wrong lens prescription. So what good is to have nice frames when you can’t wear them?

Regular product, overpriced, nice design. The frames are made in China, too big for Asian noses. You may need a pad to keep it on. Not trustworthy, I had many problems with my order, they overcharged me. Poor service, almost non existent. Better to order near by or you can order from Hong Kong from well-established providers, for much lower price . They order frames with the manufacturers, I suppose. Overall was not worth the money.

I love the frames. The lenses were wrong. I order 2 other frames with prism lens a year ago. I paid for them and never received them. I have sent numerous emails. Initially they replied. They have done nothing. They sent me a pair of prism lenses. Again were wrong. They sent me a survey to pay for glasses again! I have sent emails over the last 7 months with no replies. Nothing.

I ordered my glasses in January with the information that these should be shipped in February. Now it's June and I don't have any idea that what the situation is. Just awful communication. Delays after delays and they won't refund me. If I'm honest: I don't know that if this is a scam. I'm hoping that Kickstarter does some pre-checks for the companies and projects, but honestly I'm not expecting to get anything from this project.

I supported this cause, however they never returned to my mails, and did not keep their Word. I have not received any news, nor my glasses. A total disappointment, and dishonest people, and they keep on sending these review requests without shame!!!!

Poor communication and terrible follow up. I purchased 2 pair on the first kickstarter. I liked them so much I bought into the second kickstarter. That's where things went wrong. Glasses were delayed, had a hard time getting timelines on delivery. When my glasses arrived, within 3 months of delivery, the plating came off of the arms leaving rough metal which abraded and tore open the tops of my ears. I emailed with pictures, and no response. I waited a month and emailed again. The CEO responded saying they answered and that a replacement frame was being created. That was my last communication from them. That was 4 months ago. Mutiple emails have gone unanswered. I tried to ask about it in the private chat group but it has not been approved in the 2 months since I posted the question. The much vaunted coatings like the anti fog, anti fingerprint don't actually work. Would I recommend them? No I would not. My daughter bought a pair and the arm broke part way up as well as the lenses actually chipped. Poor quality product, poor communication, poor customer service.. save your money and buy local. At least you have someone you can actually confront when problems arise.
