I received the Haussmann Smart Metal pair. I was very happy with the glasses and the lenses. But then, I was showing off how flexible the glasses were to my nephew and they broke at the bridge. I was heart broken. I could not get them replaced as it was not an accident. My one request is, stop advertising the flexibility of the smart metal glasses flexibility to avoid my kind of situation. Could we give 0 starts? Worst customer service ever. No reply from them on any platform. My package was supposed to be shipped at the start of this month. Label created and everything, and now cancelled shipping. I did not receive an email about the cancellation of the package. If you're thinking about it, please stay away from the company. You're better off paying ANY other company for glasses. Ali Express can definitely do a better job than them. EDIT: I just received my order in the mail today after a frustratingly long time, and I do have to say the products are amazing! I would definitely pick up another pair in a second. That being said, their communication isn't really the greatest. I know they are a tiny team, and hopefully they get better as they grow. Changing my review to 4 stars. Mostly for the product.

Hello, Until as you, we get the info from the courier, we are not aware about what is going on. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the courier flight are at 25% . And for some countries totally interrupted. Sometimes, they unilaterally decide to stop or limit their services to a country. Then once we have the notice of cancellation, as it happens for you on April 28th, we do our best to find another courier to bring your parcel. We hope you understand that it is totally independent of our will. Thanks

I am very happy with my Lance glasses. I've backed Lance Glasses in both Campaigns, for me and my family I got 5 so far. The Lenses are excellent. Better as expected. Unfortunately the time frame isn't like promised. But if the lenses aren't urgent Lance Glasses are a very good choice.

I am very happy with my Lance glasses. There was a glitch in that I backed an earlier campaign and didn’t get the original frames I had requested, but the ones I did get are very nice. The quality of the frames and lenses are every bit as good as the promotional info led me to expect. Full marks there. Unfortunately, I think the team really struggled to manage missed deadlines and overall customer service. It took a while for my query to be acknowledged and I was beginning to fear I’d been scammed. I’ve backed plenty of crowdfunded projects, so completely understand that things can go awry. However, it’s all in the communication! Once I was finally able to establish a dialogue, I was treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism (and, of course, I did receive my lovely glasses) 🤓

Is the firs time that I buy using IGG platform. First I think that the waiting time to get your glasses is very long, almost 4 months. So I think this makes the customer experience a bad one. I don't have my glasses yet, but seeing the images and pictures of other customers I think that is a very good product.
