This is what I've wrote after receiving my order and it was the truth, after +/- 1/2 year of negotiating with Lance co-operator Cristina I finaly received a brand new pair of glasses which wasn't scratched and was in verry good shape!! so if you have some problems with Lance don't hesitate to negotiate with them to get it right !! "I wrote a bad 1 star review with foto's of my damaged glasses, it would be 0 starts if possible, and lance reply me on whatsapp, I received many promisses from Karim but none of them has been fullfilled, stil have 1 pair of damaged glasses, as reply from Karim on Trustpilot I received a message that Lance doesn't recognize me as a customer !!! but on whatsapp he asked me to remove his mobile number !! He also replied me on trustpilot with the message that I refused to pay the customs but I never received my order before because Lance wrote me that my order was lost so Lance send me another pair but fully scratched, frame and glasses !! sorry Lance but your service isn't what it should be, so readers of Trustpilot,, don't order glasses at Lance !!" So now I'm satisfied !! Thanks Lance Cristina !!

I have had a pair of Lance Glasses since they started in business. Took quite a long time to get the first pair and there was a pronounced ripple in the coating on one lens of that original pair. Took some time, maybe a few weeks to get the repaired glasses back but since they were repaired, I have liked the glasses a lot and the prescription has been accurate. I ordered a second pair recently and these came through without a hitch.Quality seems good. I ordered these without the photochromatic feature as I wanted a second pair without that feature. The new glasses are 'haussmann bold' and I like the design and quality. I think Lance has done a good job of improving all their ordering protocols. My only complaint is that from the time I received notice of completion to the time the glasses were delivered it took two, possibly three, weeks. A week of that time the finished glasses seemed to be sitting in UPS's China warehouse? Lance could improve their communication with online clients. Otherwise, great glasses at a good price.

Ok so I can confirm it’s not a scam - I got my glasses, Indiegogo backer 4226. The glasses themselves are actually very slick. Lightweight, feel quality & expensive, nice case too. Ordered & filled out survey in Feb, paid extra for fast shipping (25USD) and eventually got everything I had ordered, I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. 5 stars for the product. A star gets knocked off for communication & cust service - either it was much more of a success than they expected & they just got overwhelmed with too many orders for a small team, or they didn’t have a communication plan in place or something to catch problems. Frustrating wait times, slow response, you can see in comments here it led to some people thinking it was a scam as it’s difficult to believe it takes 3 weeks to print 600 labels, I mean even with my kitchen printer, cmon. I would recommend lance over communicating in these situations - the photos help, maybe a daily update on quantities left to ship & how many are to be resolved, silence is the worst response. Just be honest there’s 3 of you or whatever & mass updates would have calmed a lot of worries. If they fix that they’ll be the next ray ban.

Very good quality glasses for a bargain price. Yes, I was also one of the affected by the delays in delivery, but it's understandable given the circumstances (taking a star off because of that though). As a product, they are really good, both the lenses and frames are very well made, and the accessories (I have a felt case, a leather case and a clip-on) are also really good. Even the box in which they came in are very high quality and can be used as a case. Despite the delay in sending the two pairs I've ordered I'm absolutely happy with my purchase and definitely recommend buying from them in the future.

Lance have had their struggles with the COVID delivery impacts, but ultimately they have provided me with excellent quality glasses and sun-clips. Their team is small, so their communication hasn't been so great. However they delivered in the end and I'm pleased with the product 👌

It took a while and at a certain point the tracking of my package went lost BUT in the end I received my glasses and I'm happy with my purchase. They look exactly as I expected and as shown from their great AR tool. I love the elegance of the packaging The quality of the glasses is good and the prescription was perfectly respected. This was the thing I was scared the most but they're perfectly fine, in this sense. The customer service has always answered to my question and I never felt abandoned. [ORDER #: 7346]

As I expected, the frame do not perfectly fit with my face and fall easily. I need to fix them at a store. Otherwise, I do not think these glasses go well with my large asian face but lens correction is perfect and they are light and confortable to wear.

I love my glasses, light and solid.
