Lahela JewelryReviews of lahelajewelry.com

Got a ring and it was beautiful but had to return in unfortunately. The customer support was easy and great.

The ring is beautiful and exactly as described. They produced it and shipped it within the expected time frame. They were very thorough and transparent through the entire process and communicated with me promptly. Thank you so much.

From start to finish these guys went above and beyond to keep me informed get me an amazing product all before my needed date and was a truly delight to deal with.

The ring was as described and the colors of the actual item were accurate to the images of the listing. They emailed me consistently through the process for updates and to verify it looked correct before sending it. Shipping time was great, I didn't pay extra for shipping and received it less than a week from when it shipped. Very friendly communication, high detail and quality jewelry, reasonable shipping times, and beautiful packaging and presentation.

Very very professional business. Me and my fiancee wanted something different for an engagement ring. Not your 'typical' engagement ring that you would see in 8/10 hands. So, we found Lahela and we instantly fell in love with one of their designs. We thought it was the 'dream ring'.. but when it actually got here, it exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is top notch, the sparkle, the symmetry.... aw man! It is just an absolute beauty to look at. Very pleased with our purchase, and when the ring needed to get here fast for a proposal, Lahela made sure to go above and beyond and they handcrafted and shipped the ring very quickly. 10/10 would recommend :)

Ring is gorgeous and perfectly set

Ordering was easy and I liked the confirmation email making sure my decision was what I wanted. Ring is well made and packaged very well for delivery.

The initial communications, desire to assure perfection and overall interaction for agreements on design and style made it so much easier. Over all it reduced the concerns and worries whilst dealing with a provider overseas
