My experience with Lahela was great! They were responsive and helpful during the whole process. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 was because of a small mistake of providing the incorrect tracking information. I did have to reach out but they were very quick to apologize and point me in the right direction. I would like to suggest to the Lahela team, if possible, to send the tracking number before the delivery, because my item was already delivered before I was given my tracking number. My advice is to do your research before making your decision, especially with more expensive purchases. But Lahela is a good service and does get the job done.

I do not have experience with them, however, i can see they are pretty jewelry, I gues they are specializing in custom, handcrafted engagement and meaningful jewelry pieces with nature-inspired designs.

The initial communications, desire to assure perfection and overall interaction for agreements on design and style made it so much easier. Over all it reduced the concerns and worries whilst dealing with a provider overseas

Got a moss agate chevron. Center stone was great. Side stones weren’t quite as the picture shows. But in all she still loved it

The customer service provided throughout the entire process was exceptional. The only area for improvement is that the ring's stones were slightly smaller than anticipated; however, I am otherwise highly satisfied with the final product.

It's a beautiful ring but I wish you had visual size comparison, I would have ordered a large stone and thicker band.
