Avoid at all costs
I ordered a ring and paid extra to guarantee I would have it in time for a proposal during a trip to Ireland. The time frame fit within their guidelines for an expedited delivery and I informed them through email that if receiving it by sept 1st was not possible, I'd buy elsewhere. They assured me that I would receive it before then. After approximately 2 weeks, I received an email with pictures of the ring, requesting I verify my mailing address as the ring was nearly ready to be sent. Approximately 2 more weeks go by with no tracking information sent. I twice emailed for an update. After my second inquiry I got a response apologizing for the delay and that they just shipped the ring. They stated that it would take a few days for the tracking yo show anything. Since it was just shipped. Less than 24 hours later I was sent an email saying that they had been monitoring the tracking and after a number of days with no change to the tracking. They contacted the carrier and determined the ring was lost. The two emails received less than 24 hours apart contradict eachother and Fed ex said the label was printed by the shipper but never dropped off. Lahela's offer was to make another ring and send it to me after we came back from the trip and not charge me extra for rushing a new one. I informed them that if i could not have the ring for the trip I didn't want it. In the end, I was refunded my money and left less than a week with no possibility of having another ring made. Avoid them at all costs if you're on a deadline.

We’re truly sorry that we failed to deliver your ring in time for such an important moment. We understand how disappointing this was, especially when you had clearly communicated that you needed the ring before September 1st. The tracking information was not updating as expected, and we unfortunately did not identify the issue with the shipment promptly or communicate with you in time. We sincerely apologize for that. Once we understood the situation, we offered to remake the ring with a rush at no additional cost, but we completely understand that this no longer met your needs. We ultimately issued a full refund. We’re especially sorry that this left you with so little time to make alternative arrangements before your proposal. We know how meaningful this moment was, and we regret that we let you down.
