Communication is one of the strongest reasons of why I’m giving 5 stars. They helped me craft my partners engagement ring and they worked with me so quickly to make some mock ups and get it all going, assuring me that the ring would arrive before the day I am proposing. They were very responsive and encouraging, and even with an issue with the shipping and ring getting lost they were so quick to alert me and get the ball going on making another one while even getting it to me with a week to spare. They were super accommodating and even rushed the order to me. Would definitely recommend them, they helped me craft my partner’s dream engagement ring and I’m super excited for her to receive it!
