Stay clear of this company, it's a scam
Stay clear of this company! Please do not buy from them! I placed an order for them to deliver flowers on Mother's Day. The flowers were not delivered on mothers day. I tried to contact them with little to no luck. Their customer service gave me the run-around or was unresponsive. I asked for my refund as it has been a couple of days now and the flowers were still not delivered. Then 3 days later I received an email that the flowers were delivered which was again inaccurate. So I sent them many emails and messages again trying to let them know that their email was not correct and asking for a refund. They offered to deliver flowers, but I said no thank you, and asked for a refund. They gave me the run around again. After a while of waiting, I finally got a call from a very unkind customer representative who kept arguing with me that the flowers were delivered, which then he finally admitted that they were not delivered, and stated that they would try to deliver the flowers again. I again said no thank you, I want my money back. Afterward, he responded that we can not refund you but we can make the delivery of the flowers. Again I said no thank you, which he then proceeded to argue with me saying that I agreed to their terms that their flowers are not guaranteed which I then stated was not true. This went on until he hung up on me. Please avoid them, their customer service is horrible, they do not care, they don't honor or provide the services I paid for, and on top of that they refused to refund me for their lack/failure in delivery/service. I believe this company may be a scam. Please I beg you, don't make my mistake and stay again!
