LaFloreriadeMexicoReviews of lafloreriademexico.com

The roses were beautiful and looked exactly as the photo on the website. I was contacted immediately after the order was submitted to check my delivery details here in a hotel in Playa Del Carmen, and the delivery on the day was on time. I would definitely use this company again.

Vergonzoso servicio

They did not deliver my flowers and they never responded to my messages or answered the phone. It absolutely ruined my evening as the flowers were a surprise for my best friend's wedding celebration. I then had no gift to give her.

Based on the reviews, I was a bit distressed after I placed the order. I live in America, and was trying to give a close friend a gift. I did unfortunately place the order well outside the shipping range, but considering it was 2 hours away, it was a very minimal fee if I wanted it delivered. They received a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. Moreover, the courier waited probably ~two hours after first contacting me to let me know that my friend was unavailable (they were at that time). That meant a lot to me. Compared to florist fees here in California, I did kind of take a gamble. But I was really happy with how responsive and communicative they were with me <3

My experience with La Florería de México was disappointing. The prices are significantly higher than those of many local florists, yet the value and customer service did not justify the premium cost. When I requested to cancel my order, I explained from the beginning that the proposed alternatives would not work for me and that cancellation was my only option. However, I was informed that the order had already been processed and was later charged administrative fees. At the time, my father had just passed away, and I was already dealing with an incredibly difficult situation. Instead of showing understanding or offering a reasonable solution, the cancellation process added unnecessary stress during an already painful time. The customer service representative, Arthur, left me feeling that there was little flexibility to resolve the situation fairly. There are many local florists offering larger, more beautiful arrangements at much lower prices. I recommend comparing other options before ordering.

Be carefull, this business operates like a scam. After placing and paying for an order, I was contacted and told that delivery could not be made without the hotel room number. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that deliveries could be received using only the guest's name and that the guest had not even checked in yet. After I raised this, the explanation changed and I was told it was simply the florist's internal policy. I requested a cancellation and refund, which were refused. Later, after providing the room number, the order status was updated as delivered, but the recipient never received the flowers. When I requested proof of delivery, I was not provided with a signed receipt, photo, or any verifiable evidence. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank and complained to PROFECO
