If I could give negative stars I would. They told me to send my daughter measurements and pay $16 extra dollars for custom fit. Next thing I know the dress is at my from door(I never paid for custom fit) so it’s too big in chest area and way too long, so I decide to send it back. They won’t take it back or give me money back cause they “designed” it for my daughter. The lies. They pulled that crap from they inventory and shipped it. Why would y’all custom fit a dress and I didn’t pay for fitting fee. Now they done stole $200 + from a single mother of 4 trying to survive in this world. Money I did not have but wanted my child to have a dream prom like she deserved. Now she don’t have a dress she can wear. Thanks lady prom dress for ruining my daughter happiness

Do not order from here they are a scam. Ordered a brown prom dress and they sent me something of a gold color. Then they told me because it was fit to size they would deduct for the fabric and labor. I’m so over it how can you deduct for something that was clearly not the brown I asked for. They have so many excuses to not give a full refund. Keep your money go somewhere else.

I have had the worst communication the entire way. They tried to get more money out of me two extra times after I ordered and paid for my dress. She insulted the price of my dress when I asked for an approximate date that i would receive it so i could plan it out for my wedding reception, she said, " compared to the other brides who bought dresses over $500, you can send $90 for a rush order." And never estimated a date. She was absolutely disrespectful the whole way

Ordered a prom dress in hot pink color as shown on their website. When it arrived, it was a terrible shade of dark raspberry. Not even close to pink, let alone hot pink. Sequins fell off all over when trying it on. Several places looked like the fabric had faded. They said we could take $30 and keep the dress or pay $40 to ship it back to China! Turns out, it would cost $200 to return. So now we're stuck with an off-color dress with sequins falling off. Avoid this hassle and do not order from them.

The worse! I got a dress customized. The customization wasn’t the problem. The problem was the dress did not look anything like the picture and they refuse to give refund even after I emailed them pictures to show the difference. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this website evwr!

I read lots of negative reviews, and was very concerned about getting my dress… I received my wedding dress today, and was in tears… Tears of joy! My dress was loose in certain spots and needs alteration, but that’s expected ordering a dress across the country. I received my dress expedited and packaged properly! I have nothing but positive rave and reviews to leave for this company. I appreciate you for making my day extra special. I give you an A+.

This company is so dishonest. I order my dress for a very special occasion and had several communication emails with them before the dress was even sent even asked for them to cancel the order because I wasn’t please with Shirley asking me to send measurements for a dress that is suppose to be in USA sizes, after being denied the cancellation I was then told that I would get exactly what I ordered and on time. What I received in via DHL I was a completely different dress, extremely large in size, a complete different style and material. When I contacted this company after I paid over $200 for this dress and they are now refusing to refund my money in full but then insulted me by offering a $30 refund while telling me is cost over $80 to send it back to Asia. Then they turned around and sent me a email stating they will give me a refund of $119 if I sent the dress back. Like this company is a fraud and can’t be trusted. Do NOT give them business because they truly are not honest. I wish there was a way to post pictures because I would surely show what i thought i ordered, compared to what I received totally different

At this point this scamming ass website needs to be taking down. This by far has being my worst experience ever with a purchase online . I paid these folks my money + rush shipping and I had to beg for my dress ( my experience was horrible) I have about 20 emails going back and forth with these crazy folks And they won’t give my my money back. So many people is going thru this it’s ridiculous
