LadidaReviews of ladida.com

Great shopping experience and beautiful clothing!

I got a store credit instead of a refund when items were sent back in time!

Best website! Nicest customer service!

Amazing brands, quick communication and epic sales, one of our fave shops to support!

I like the website and the selection very much but I’ve now had two unsatisfactory experiences. The first was during a sale in which I bought a pair of shoes that was cancelled and a person who purchased the same shoe in the same size after me had their order fulfilled. Frustrating to be honest. Orders should be filled in the order in which they are placed. The second is for an order I received today. A very expensive pair of children’s sneakers came shoved and crushed in a polymailer without their original box. No tissue paper even inside the shoe to protect them and the shearling insoles completely missing. It’s all just very unprofessional and I’m not sure I will shop with Ladida again.

I got my dress and I’m so happy with the quality and fit! Thank you Ladida… will definitely buy again!

I cannot believe that you wouldn’t honor your mistake that you did with all your pricing glitches on your website. It is 100% your fault and you have no right to take it away. It is called gezeilas daas. This would never happen in a non Jewish store. As they would completely back their mistake and honor it.

Love this shop!! Very happy with purchase!
