H hard to return

I like the website and the selection very much but I’ve now had two unsatisfactory experiences. The first was during a sale in which I bought a pair of shoes that was cancelled and a person who purchased the same shoe in the same size after me had their order fulfilled. Frustrating to be honest. Orders should be filled in the order in which they are placed. The second is for an order I received today. A very expensive pair of children’s sneakers came shoved and crushed in a polymailer without their original box. No tissue paper even inside the shoe to protect them and the shearling insoles completely missing. It’s all just very unprofessional and I’m not sure I will shop with Ladida again.
