Barry is a legend ! He is accommodating, friendly and made sure when planning our event it was easy! We had a wonderful event!

After a full day of shopping at La Di Da my married daughters and I looked through all the bags of clothing I bought for my grandkids. One more beautiful thing than the next. I must say the customer service is amazing! While we were getting tired Malky ( pretty blonde sales lady .. I think her name is malky ) kept helping us with her beautiful smile and her eye for fashion … every season we head to the best store: La Di Da!!!!

Costumer service is excellent. I chatted with a rep to ask information about the product I was interested in. But the app is very hard to navigate. We can’t shop by category or put in a search word. The features simply don’t work.

Top rated customer service

Quick easy. Got my order right away. All the items were nicely packaged. The stickers were a great touch! Thank you so much!
