Placed an order 3 days before the sukkos holiday and they only told me the day of the holiday that it is out of stock. Lost my chance of ordering elsewhere and getting my item in time. Orders should be processed more efficiently before holidays especially if you charge $10 delivery. Not acceptable.

The service was terrible. An hour to get the menu! An hour for dinner to arrive and then no one to take the check . We had to go and pay at the front!!!

LIARS!!!!!!!!! I sent a BROKEN bouncy chair back, and they have only refunded half of my money. They say it was returned dirty of food residue on it and dusty, this is simply not true in the slightest. we had the chair for 2 weeks before packaging it up as the vibrator didn't work, which we even sent them a video proof off. My son is 8 weeks old, what food residue can there be? any parent knows you dont feed a newborn in the chair, so i would LOVE to see pictures!! You have clearly got the wrong person mixed up, but in any case, i will be fighting you for this. LYING SCUM!!!!

I cannot believe that you wouldn’t honor your mistake that you did with all your pricing glitches on your website. It is 100% your fault and you have no right to take it away. It is called gezeilas daas. This would never happen in a non Jewish store. As they would completely back their mistake and honor it.
