Several months to ship.
My order took several months to ship and when I reached out for customer service multiple times (just to confirm my order was being processed) they never contacted me back. I was surprised that I actually got them shipped to me at all.

Horrible experience...it took over a…
Horrible experience...it took over a month for me to receive my laces...i never received a tracking number, nor did anyone from customer service respond back to my many emails....they said if you have any questions send them a DM....WHICH I DID ...AND NEVER GOT A REPLY BACK...WHOLE EXPERIENCE SUCKED A**..

laces nice/shipping not!!!
Laces are gorgeous! Only problem was shipping. I must have got lost in the shuffle. Ordered 4/6 and heard nothing again. Only after leaving several emails…. asking where order was magically the laces were on the way after a month. Beautiful laces just not good communication. Hard to reach anyone!

I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because it…
I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because it took about a month for my order to be received. I was thinking it was a scam because I emailed them 6days later to ask the status of my order because I did not even get a tracking number. But didn't receive no answer so I just waited and than about 2 weeks later I received an email saying your order was shipped. It took 3 week's to ship my order so I received it a week later after that email. The laces are great on my sneakers.

Hello The Laces Are Great... But The Customer Service Is Really Bad. There Was No Response To Continuous Messages Sent As To Updates On My Order. It Make The Customer Assume This Is A Scam And Not A Trustworthy Company. You Have Such A Great Product So Improve Your Customer Service With Responding Since It Takes Such A Long Time For The Product To Be Shipped Out.
