I was sent the wrong product, but the company was extremely fast to offer me a refund.

I bought replacement laces for my walking shoes [Merrells]. The laces are good quality and fit/match the shoes very well. I was taken aback with the price. The website price was ‘premium’ level, but I was happy to pay it to get quality product. However, on completion of order the price more than doubled ! Shipping and VAT added almost £14 sterling, so the order ended up at over £27. £13.50 per lace. I won’t be making that mistake again !

I ordered a pair of laces to go with my new Jordan 1 retro shoes May 1st with first class shipping, it’s now May 15 and I still don’t have my laces 🤦🏿‍♂️ I’ve been in contact with customer service who told me they saw the order, and said it should arrive soon, and if I didn’t receive it by the end of the week to contact them, and they’ll send me a free replacement. I didn’t receive them by the end of that week, so I reached out, and they said they’ll start processing my order and I should receive a tracking number, so fingers crossed I actually received the tracking number, and my laces. Something worth noting is that they also mention they DO NOT give customers a tracking number, because apparently ups doesn’t give tracking numbers for first class shipping, and in order to receive a tracking number the order has to be over $50, so you have to completely rely of them to tell you if they see your order on its way or not (If they’re even telling the truth.) I can’t speak on the quality of the laces because I haven’t received them, but the pictures make them look very high quality! Despite my bad first time with them I’m still excited to try the laces out, and possibly order more to go with different shoes, I just hope my next order goes smoother than this. UPDATE! The team over at Loop King made things right by not only sending my original order for free, but they also sent me an additional pair of laces of my choice for free as well with second day air shipping! Although the initial experience was bad, their customer service was top notch, speedy, and they cared enough about the customer to make things right twice, because of that I decided to change my review from 1 star to 3 stars, and give you guys some positive points on this company. I’m definitely excited to receive my pairs and I have no doubt they’re of high quality.

Loved the laces…look great!!!! I Did not expect, nor appreciate waiting 2 months to have these delivered. Nor did I appreciate receiving no notification as to expected date of delivery. When I contacted the company about when the laces will be delivered they did respond right away and said they were back ordered. I appreciated the immediate response but would have expected that the company would have notified me of this prior to me having to contact them. I will most likely not do business with this company again.

Nice laces but I still haven’t received them and it’s making me a little mad just today after a month of ordering they apparently are being shipped but I didn’t get any tracking info or anything just an email that says they are on the way

I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because it took about a month for my order to be received. I was thinking it was a scam because I emailed them 6days later to ask the status of my order because I did not even get a tracking number. But didn't receive no answer so I just waited and than about 2 weeks later I received an email saying your order was shipped. It took 3 week's to ship my order so I received it a week later after that email. The laces are great on my sneakers.

I like the laces the width of the laces could be better but overall i like the look it gives the sneakers it gives them a rich look.

Good quality product but I won't be using them. Only 1/2 as wide as the original Adidas gold tipped laces I was trying to replace
