Took me half a year to get my order
Took me half a year to get my order, at least i finally got it, granted it took me ten + emails asking where my order was, with no response. Sucks it was supposed to be a birthday present. Too little too late

Shipping takes longer than what is says on the website
The website should say that it takes weeks or months not 1-2 days in the USA for shipping. This is misleading and don’t set expectations to the customer and under deliver.

Loop King is ass! (Updated)
Loop King is ass! I finally got my laces but customer service is nonexistent. Took 2 months just to get my laces. I won’t order from them again. Update: Loop King reached out to me after new management took over and made things right. Offered a free pair. They shipped my new laces out quickly. I will definitely try them again.

Unresponsive, I’ve tried emailing and DMin on instagram to fix my order before it was sent out and I haven’t gotten a response still and it’s been over a month.

Great source for specialty laces.
Service and quality of product were excellent. I would use Loop King Laces for all of my lace needs. They've got me all tied up with classy laces.

Order came after 4 months…
Order came after almost 4 months of no communication, attempted to email for an update and no response. Product ended up coming fine but after so long I almost charged back.
