The item a free standing air cooler purchased on line came with chinese symbols that we could not understant. When we contacted the company for a refund we were told that it had to go back to china at a cost to us of over £75.00 We told them that the item was not fit for purpose and we believed that we should not had to pay for is return. The company ignored our coments and the air cooler end up in the bin. Please do not purchase anything from this website, the reviews are all made up on their website. Buy from a uk base ratiler and check the returns conditions before hand.

My parcel took a little longer to arrive than expected, as I was informed item was out of stock in UK. Apart from this it was good service from Lacasadellafibra.

Although the delivery was late the response from the seller explained why. Finally arrived and in good order.

My fan arrived in a damaged box, so when I opened it I wasn’t surprised to find it didn’t work. The fan was much more lightweight than I expected too and I’m not sure how effective it would have been even if it had worked. I would not recommend this product: Bladeless Tower Fan | USB Powered Desktop Cooling - D. The upside is when I contacted customer service, a woman called Julie replied very quickly and my refund was sorted out immediately. It’s reassuring to know customer support are friendly and responsive as I’d not shopped with this company before.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered an air cooler on 29th June 2026 and nearly a month later still waiting. Complete con . Can’t have a refund as they say it’s been dispatched. However no tracking history - funny that.

The product so far was just as ordered. The color may be slightly brighter. We’ll see how durable it is. The communication is good as they respond right away. Would buy again.

A wonderful shopping experience, customer service, and a great product! The mini heart personal alarms are super cute, well made, and look like all the "hot" bag accessories that are trending right now...so no reason NOT to have one!
