After seeing alot of negative reviews I was quite worried about my order, I have to say credit when it's due, I recieved a beautiful silk sleep set in the post yesterday, I am very pleased, it took 2 weeks to come but it was worth the wait 😊

Cheap awful material not as described on website and completely over charged. False advertising slow delivery time and made it impossible to receive a refund Paid £40 for some pajamas that I later found on temu for under £6

The sizing was wrong and tried to return an item and they made it as difficult as possible. Still waiting for my refund. Do not order from this company.

Never buy from here. Ordered a goose down pillow sent me a Walmart filled pillow. For 70 dollars this place is a scam company. NEVER BUY FROM HERE EVER

This is a company I regret ordering from. Keep using same excuse logistics problems and promised it will be delivered by weekend then by next week but never arrives. Don't buy from this company as they are not truful. Not answered my last.email as I said I would post bad reviews. Asked them to process a refund but keep saying they can't. Absolute rubbish. Buyers stay clear.

Air cooler took along time but it is faulty and the company will not do anything about it I’m not happy and I would not get anything else from them the air cooler was ordered from uk. But they sent the order abroad the company in the uk, never informed me and the customer services are appalling they keep making excuses sending them videos of the problem then they want more photos and now they don’t answer, steer clear of this company

Good website and delivery. Item arrived as described. Only issue was the strap of the bag would not clip on well because the attachment clips were too small for the holes provided. It seemed like the designers had not physically tried to do this themselves.
