Thank you for your review Fredajo, and thank you for you all your previous orders/visits in the past. If the sales person was with an additional attendant it's because she/he is being trained. Most likely she was just watching and learning the system rather than being directly involved with the sales process. We'll let the staff know as well, but I do know we are onboarding new staff for the coming high season. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you fragrance needs and thank you for your business!

Marta, thank you for you order and the previous 3 orders you've had with us. We thank you for your business and hope to continue to provide you with exceptional products at industry prices. We apologize for the wait, on weekends based on the demand there can be expected wait times. We are actively working to onboard more employees for the high season , you may have seen a few training which unfortunately can slow the process down a bit as well. We do offer in store pick up , which you may purchase online and skip the in store wait. This is an option if you'r win a hurry, you're online account can have access to your same in store prices based on your email! We can help you set that up if you're interested. Thank you again for your attention, have a wonderful day =)

Thank you for your review, weekends can be a little longer at times due to the amount of customers in the store. We are actively onboarding new employees to reduce the wait and be prepared for the high season. Thank you for your patience, we appreciate your business and hope to serve your fragrance needs again in the near future!
