Thank you for your review Fredajo, and thank you for you all your previous orders/visits in the past. If the sales person was with an additional attendant it's because she/he is being trained. Most likely she was just watching and learning the system rather than being directly involved with the sales process. We'll let the staff know as well, but I do know we are onboarding new staff for the coming high season. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you fragrance needs and thank you for your business!

We apologize for the wait, on weekends based on the demand there can be expected wait times. We are actively working to onboard more employees for the high season , you may have seen a few training which unfortunately can slow the process down a bit as well. We do offer in store pick up , which you may purchase online and skip the in store wait. This is an option if you'r win a hurry, you're online account can have access to your same in store prices based on your email! We can help you set that up if you're interested. We know at times there can be a long wait, we ask our customer so be understanding as there is a limit to what we can do. On Saturdays we have our full staff of over 20 people helping customers in store , however it can be busy due to the demand of customer and the time they want to test the fragrances once there numbers are called. We do have in store pick up to avoid this wait , we advise those in a hurry on weekends to explore that option. thanks
