LabCorp sent to my doctor incorrect lab work. When I tried to reach out to them to inform them of the error, they refused to discuss the situation with me. In addition, they sent me a bill for the incorrect labs. DO NOT go to them

The Ft. Walton Bch lab is the one I visited. I've done many lab tests, but this one upset me. He brought me in and took the blood test with a large needle. I'm no whoosh, I just noticed it was larger than normal. Usually they weigh you, take your blood pressure, then do blood work. After this he took BMI from only one site. Then told me to sit in a brown chair across from blood work chair. As I sat down the chair rocked back, scaring me as I hadn't realized it was a rocking chair and I thought I was falling. A surge of adrenaline and nervous later, he comes over to take my blood pressure. Well of course after this little scare my BP was very elevated. I do not normally have high BP nor do I take any medication for this. He waited 30 seconds or so and took it again, and it was down somewhat but still much higher than any blood test I do at my doctors. He said it's okay, this isn't high enough to be in the troublesome area. Well this was for a job health biometrics they asked us to do. I was very angry that they were reporting this elevated BP to my new job making me look unhealthy. It left me unsettled the whole day. He could have stated this chair rocks back and taken my BP before the blood test as well. I didn't think the tech handled it well at all. hopefully other techs are more thoughtful of these things.

I took a COVID test at Walgreens on October 19, 2021 and Lab Corp never contacted me with results. Horrible experience trying to retrieve the result.

Walked into Lab Corp at 255 Friday for a simple urine pre employment drug screen, was told rudely to come back Monday at 9 am I went back at 845 , was told it would be 1 to 2 hour wait, just to pee in a bottle, Drug screens can be be refrigerated. I am 67 and holding urine is not an option plus The waiting room was packed NO Social distancing aprox 16 peoples in a 10x8 room no hand sanitizer. Lab corp should be Temporary or permanently closed. I am a Health Professional. Lab corp is a lab! Sick people get their blood drawn.. employees at desk are not wearing mask. NO ONE IS CHECKING TEMPERATURES ! PEOPLE ARE SITTING. 10 INCHES - NOT 6 FEET -- FROM ONE ANOTHER LAB CORP IS AN ENDANGERMENT TO ONES HEALTH. Lab corp should hire more staff Get customers in and out, streamline their process or shut their doors. I am waiting in my truck hoping to actually to get a text but incompetence knows no end.

Sarah at Ellicott City office did a good job. She is thorough and figured out the name was wrong on my order. I really appreciate her good work

Technician hurt my arm badly bruised and swollen. I called to complain, was offered my copay back and told to maybe go to a doctor (didn't offer to pay this copay fee though). This happen to a friend to, Staples street S location Corpus Christi. Will never go back.
