I had the table and chair set for 3 1/2 weeks when 2 of the chairs came apart. I contacted Flat Fair via telephone and email with no response. I consequently had chairs repaired at a local upholstery shop at the cost of $80. I love the set but will never do business with Flat Fair again!

I ordered a dinning table set and paid lots of money for it and for delivery. The delivery company did not deliver during the time scheduled and when I called back, the guy basically laughed and said it didn't matter because they've already been paid. I reached out to flat fair regarding the delivery service and got no response. On top of that one of the chairs that I ordered could not be assembled properly due to the pre drilled holes. I only have some screws holding my chair together. When I emailed my sales person they said to fix it on my own using a drill. They completely disregarded the shipping issue. HORRIBLE customer service. UPDATE: After placing this review on trust pilot, I finally received an email from FlatFair asking if they can fix the problems. And after going back and forth with them for a while regarding the chair and shipping issue, they finally decided to give me a partial refund on the shipping costs. Joanna has been doing what she can to fix the situation and for that I appreciate her customer service.
