DO NOT use Kyte in association with air travel. Clean cars and nice people but their setup is VERY different from other companies. (1) pickup. As is common with rental cars, I booked pickup for 1h after landing. Turns out for them that’s a specific appointment and you are supposed to be at the pickup point 30 minutes from JFK by airport train within 10 minutes of the agreed upon time or they bill you $20 “for the delay”. (2) return: same thing: I had put 1h before takeoff as return time as is common when searching for rental cars. Figured out the morning of departure that the time again represented for them a specific appointment to drop off the car. Tried to change it but apparently that needs to be done at least 24h ahead of time. Clean car but way too much drama.

Good day! I’ve already contacted customer support, but I want to reiterate this to ensure your service remains the best of the best. I frequently use your service, and the cars are always in good condition. However, this time, the car was very dusty inside, especially all the plastic parts. Most importantly, the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty. Please ensure that all departments thoroughly prepare the cars before handing them over. Best wishes! Until next time!

I have rented cars from kyte since last year and this was my first disappointment. The car was not clean. It had broken junk in the back under the seat and the surfer who delivered it forgot to leave the keys. So, arriving at my destination I realized they were not in the well and had to contact kyte. The only way to do that was through chat as when I called customer service the guy couldn’t help me. It took quite awhile to get through with the chat ( you need to be able to talk with someone) and explain the situation which could have been handled much easier on the phone. Finally the issue was resolved and a driver brought me the keys in time to get to my granddaughter’s wedding. I thank you for that. And applaud the deliver surfer. The car however was given to me with less than 3/4s of a tank, delivered late and the tire pressure indicator said low. So, overall I thank you for getting me the keys and for the wonderful guy who picked up the car when I got home, but there were real problems with the car and its delivery.

It's okay, the service is fast and they bring the car to your home. But they have charged me unnecessary expenses for problems that the car had because it was very used.

Catching on gear shift in lower speeds. Request oil change since start of trip flashing on the screen. Car digital system stalls and doesn’t connect easily.
