I have ordered this product from this company before, and liked it, so I ordered again....thought I was ordering the same thing....but the product I received this time was much different, and of poorer quality, more cheaply made with thinner materials.

I placed an order for a product that required a prescription and included my vet's contact info so KV could get the order approved by my vet. The next day I got a call from KV, saying the vet's info didn't go through, so I gave it to the woman on the phone. She said she would contact the vet and that she would call me back if she needed anything else. I didn't hear from anyone after that so I assumed they got in touch with my vet and my order had shipped. When I placed my order it told me the days I could expect to receive it. After those days passed, I called KV to get a tracking number to find out when my order would arrive, since I was running low on the prescription by now. They said it never shipped because they didn't get in touch with my vet. Then why didn't they call me so I could make sure my vet got back to them? The woman on the phone said she would call if there were any issues and I trusted her to follow through on that. When I found out my order hadn't shipped I just cancelled it and placed an order with another company.
