KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

KV Supply is very attentive to customer preferences -- even notifies you when an item you usually order goes on sale.

Prices are good and shipping is reliable. Convenient way to order dog medications.

Four days from putting in the order to receiving it. They took the precaution of taping the cap so no accidental opening or leaks were possible.

EASE,OF PROCESS AND TIMELY DELIVERY

One problem - shipment through UPS. We live on a ranch with a gate at the farm road and a gate further in at our yard. UPS stopped at the gate by the farm road requiring a signature. No one waits by the front gate, especially not knowing when the delivery will be made (sometime in the evening). UPS took the package back but kept on the truck for four days. Finally, we were able to pick up the package 35 miles from home.

Customer Service was very helpful in getting the prescription that I needed in order to get the product. They were very persistent and helpful!

Website is easy to use and turnaround for delivery is good.

I have ordered from this catalog for several years, but I am confused as my last order had different prices for online ordering of the same item as appeared in the catalogs I have received.
