One of our dogs needs the Tylan powder in his food daily. Like most people, I wait until the last minute to place an order. Don't think we have ever missed giving him his dose. Place the order, Bam, there it is. Also, very nice catalog for pet supply shopping.

I wish there was more free shipping as part of a frequent customer program...........shipping really cuts on the price savings. Need more items for miniature horses as they become increasingly popular...............

Fast receipt of the order, competitive prices, good quality products... Selection is a bit lighter than other pet products, and the shipping / coupon / discount policies were unclear (required a call to customer service, who weren't very well-informed). Will order from KVPS again as they have quality products & are reliable.

Great service and easy to deal with. The only thing I didn't like about the ordering process was that the web site felt very clunky. Meaning, that on top of registering I also had to enter all my pet's info. I simply wanted to make a purchase and be on my way. I also would have liked to hear from them (even an automated email) stating when they contacted my vet that I would be hearing from my vet who required a release form to purchase this particular product. Had my vet not been as proactive as they had been (and why would they as they weren't getting the sale) I wouldn't have known what was going on.

I have used KV for at least 30 years. I have had only one problem occurrence, and it involved a pack of heartworm pills which arrived with empty blister packs, which I discovered, of course, as soon as I opened the box. KV refused to refund my money, and I stopped using the site for about 5 years. Since a few items that I use were hard to find otherwise, I went back to KV and have had no complaints since. I do wish, though, that they would be like most other sites and offer free shipping on everything once a certain level of purchase has been met. When I spend $2-300 or more and one item is heavier than their maximum weight, it annoys me to have to add $20-30 more for shipping of one item. Most pet suppliers these days offer free shipping for over $70 or 80, and some for over $49. KV certainly does enough business to copy that plan.
