Well, I needed the paste as soon as possible for my Shetland who has arthritis and it took a long time for KV to reply and then they had to call me and tell me that they could not ship to California. This is unfortunate and probably not a State problem but don't advertise in California then.

What more is there to say? I bought a box of toys for my brother's eleven month old Rottweiler puppy. He sent me a video of the pup sticking his head into the open box and pulling out the toys. What a Christmas that pooch had. He especially went nuts for the 'talking ball'!

I have used KV over many years for my Dalmatian dogs' (4 and counting) cookies, treats, collars, leashes, medicines, etc. I have never had a bad experience with this company. My latest order which I call my "annual Christmas for the puppies" order once again was filled, shipped, and received with the utmost care and accuracy. My current Dalmatians, Spenser and Jade, love to get their KV Christmas gifts. (Usually includes a new collar and/or leash but ALWAYS includes a "stock up" on the holiday Gingerbread cookies from Buddy Biscuits. I will continue to use KV for as long as I have pets. I often suggest the company to other pet "parents". Looking forward to 2015!
