i've been purchasing from KV for a while, and have always been very pleased. Occasionally, a prescription is needed, and they are quick to get it from my vet and get the product shipped out. I had a problem with something shipped to my vacation home, and they straightened it out quickly. And it was my fault! The products are good, customer service is good, and shipping is fast!
