Fast delivery and good product!!

Have purchased supplements, prescription drugs, pet care supplies, etc. years. Always been satisfied with rapid delivery, quality of products, variety available and courteous customer service.

I spent some time searching this product. I was not until I cancelled the order that I learnt this product could not be sent to me from USA. I cancelled it because my pet had died. Had she not died, and had required ongoing treatment for dry eye, I would not have known I needed to buy the product from Australia UK or New Zealand. I am not a big fan of your lack of communication.

I have ordered several times from KV Pets. I have not been let down yet. Even when there was difficulty with a prescription order, they notified me immediately, told me what need to be corrected and then filled it without hesitation. I have stopped shopping all the other pet sites and I rely on KV Pets. Great service.

Previously, i received a catalog in the mail from your company and since I needed to replenish my dog's supply, I was pleased to see that a brand that I previously used was available at a reasonable price. I ordered on-line and received the meds in about 4 days. Instructions in the package were easy to follow and I feel my pet is safe from the listed insects and the diseases they can cause thanks

Problem free order!

First time ordering from KV and was pleased with the help I received from the customer service representative. I needed a script from my vet and KV took the order and then handled getting the script as well. Very easy. My order arrived quickly and was accurate. Will be placing future orders.
