customer service is very poor. i did not receive my full order. called and was told it would be sent the next day. nothing for a week. called again and was told pkg was damaged and I had to wait for it to be sent back from UPS before they would RE send my item. I was never notified of this as I sat here waiting for the item. It was a 2 piece item so I could not use it until I got the other piece. Will use Jeffers next time.

I think KV Vet is a wonderful way to purchase items for your pets. Your prices are & always very fast delivery. I will continue to use KV Vet for certain items for my dogs. The only issue I may have, is some products I have to pay shipping cost & they are very high.

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to buy the item I've been having difficulty acquiring and even with the huge shipping costs due to the item handling requirements its still half as much as our local vet prices.

Have always had a great experience until this time. Tried to buy heart worm preventative. Kv sent request to my vet. My vet says they returned it the next day. Kv thought maybe the pharmacist had it with him but he wasn't there. After three days of kv trying to figure it out I gave up. Had to buy it from my vet for twice the price. Very disappointed.

Easy ordering and quick shipping. Very impressed.

Love this service, prices are great and my stuff comes on time. My only issue is that sometimes I stress about the shipping time because it looks like it hasn't shipped yet.

KV is our go to site for standard over the counter supplements. Sometimes we are able to purchase at a discount. Appreciate free shipping over $50, can always fins that last fiver to reach that amount! We still rely on local vet who has known and treated four generations of Chessies for scripts and meds we choose not to personally administer. Prompt service.
