Pleased with the way items are displayed on the website. Check out easy to follow. Customer Service always helpful if needed. Have some concerns regarding price increases for items purchased over the past several years.

Had issue with vet and prescription. They took care of the issue as soon as I contacted them.

Staff, very friendly and helpful. Being repetitious, disappointed out of product that I need now. I may have to contact another company. Also wanted to get a vaccine, but $30 shipping for next day delivery.

Prices are the Best!!!!!!!!!!! Great customer service.

Easy online ordering, quick delivery and cheapest price I found for medication.

I have been purchasing from KV for several years. Their products are always as advertised and my orders always arrive in a timely manner. The only reason I won;t give them 5 stars is because the one product I order frequently does not fall under their free shipping (even though it's over $50) and I don;t like the $5 processing fee is the order is under $50.
