Good customer service. Had to call since I ordered a year's worth of Iverheart for my 4 dogs. Problem arose when I received it and the expiration did not cover the year. Call CS and they credited my card back the expired amounts.

I ordered the original product from KV supply because it was not available anywhere else. It was however available everywhere under a new name but with slightly different ingredients. I wanted the original one so ordered here even though the price was twice what it was for the new one. Guess what? They sent me the new product. So I got a wrong item for twice as much. Poor service. Won't order here again. Updated - after I posted my review above I was contacted by Diane from KVSupply, who kindly explained why this happened (the manufacturers changed the item without informing them) and offered a full refund or other kind of assistance. For great service and prompt response I've changed to three stars.

I always check Amazon and local pet store for price comparisons before ordering from KV Vet. Sometimes there is a better offer on Amazon or at the local pet store. KV Vet is reliably affordable especially when the cost of prescriptions are compared with the price for the same Rx from the Veterinary Clinic. Refill ordering of prescriptions is easy and reliable. in 20+ years of being a KV Vet customer we've once received KV Bucks. I did loose track of it, lost it and KV Vet had no way of tracking/replacing them. Loyalty card at the local pet store is a plus and incentive for buying locally.
