Ordered meds for my dogs on 5/17-wasn't shipped til 5/28 - first time I've been disappointed with this website.

I typically use another online company and they are very fast and will call the vet for the RX and do everything for me. My order is usually shipped within 24 hours and I have it in a day or so. KV vet the price was very good. The service was a little slower than I am used to, but overall I was happy with the service.

Had a fantastic experience with KV Supply. Needed to order 2 prescription meds for our Haflinger. We checked on the web for the best price and found KV Supply. Ordering online was hassle free, they even had options for getting the scrip info from our Vet. Everything was fast and simple. Got our meds quickly and well packaged. Will DEFINITELY be purchasing here again !

I admit I was skeptical of the rave reviews of this 'miracle' product but given the condition of my Mastiff's knee and that the Rimadyl and Tramadol were giving her limited relief I was willing to try anything. I am now one of those that call this product a miracle. Her limping stopped within the initial loading dose and hasn't returned! I am so thankful for this product and for the service KV provides. I wish I would have started her when she was younger on the GlycoFlex I and I recommend that to owners of all large breeds and working breeds.

I ordered the meds early morning on the 14th but I didn't get it until the 22nd but my confirmation said I would receive it 19th - 21st. In the past I have order on a Tuesday and received them on that Friday. Why it took over a week to receive my order this time when the system said it was in stock I don't know. Also, you website must have a glitch because when I checked on this last order on the 21st it still said my order had not shipped yet. Thanks.

I have used KV Supply for over 10 years. Products are great.....just what I needed. Free shipping and the Website is a good one and getting better with the "Last Purchased" items being very helpful. Five out of Five Stars!!

I have ordered several times from KV and orders are shipped at a very reasonable cost and timely fashion. I had one order with a gallon of ear wash that was damadged obviously by ups but KV made my order right no questions asked. I would and do recc. KV to my friends. Belinda
