Our veterinarian recommended KV Pet as an alternative source for nutritional supplements for our dogs and I'm so glad she did. The prices are so much better than the vet was charging! And we've found other products along the way that the doggies love. I'm always happy to see the KV Pet box at the door!

I ordered, which I love for our dog emu oil moisuring in a gallon.. It is so good... I put it in the cart and put my p.o. Box address & then I thought I change it to my home address because it would be easier delivered to my home... It would not let me change it... Don't know why I know how to order for online stores... When I got my confirmation order from you I saw shipping was around $14 or so. Two or three days later got another confirmation with the shipping $ 20 something cents.. I called cs and she adjusted the difference which was $ 5.88, she also said that the company normally doesn't ship to p.o. Boxes... She also said if I had shipped it to my home it would have been free shipping...I told her I didn't see that on the site.. Didn't think to tell her I tried to change the shipping but wouldn't let me, but I felt she wouldn't have believe me.
