KV Vet website is easy to navigate and easy to complete an order. When ordering by phone the employees have routinely been polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a customer for years and continue recommend this company to others.

I have a 110lb Pitt bull mix with severe allergies. He is on expensive allergy meds and because of his size it is very pricey. We use a topical spray that is $10.00 cheaper than the vets office and now we buy their heart worm med which is priced very well. It's important to us to buy quality products for our big guy. He is a very expensive dog to have and we appreciate the opportunity to save where we can. We will continue to purchase as many products as we can through KV. Please consider adopting a special needs pet!

I have bought from KV Vet for years. They have extremely fast, accurate service, excellent prices, and carry every thing from horse supplies, to dog supplies and veterinary prescription medicines. With many if not most items there is free shipping when you spend $50 -- which is very easy to do with their wide range products. I am constantly recommending them to my friends.

I was very disappointed (more like upset), that I could not use my $40 KV Bucks that I had earned. I had moved since my last purchase when I had earned them and I could not find my written copy of the bucks. So I called KV on the phone. They acknowledged that I had earned $40 with my last purchase and they could see that I had not had any order since then, but still would not credit me my $40 that I had coming. If the KV Bucks have numbers on them, they could certainly tell if they had been cashed in or not. To me this is a very poor & inefficient policy on their part. Now this new order didn't even earn any bucks for some reason. The product itself is a good one and I can't seem to find it any place else.

As always, KV Supply does it right! My orders have always been prompt and correct. I really appreciate the immediate e-mail response from a real person. I have been a customer for my yellow lab, Magnolia, for almost 10 years, and I have never been disappointed. Thanks KV. Sandy Taylor
