KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

Have used KV Supply for several years for pet medications. Their website is user friendly and shipping is fast and convenient.

I had to mail a prescription to KV. I received the order confirmation which said that as soon as it was shipped and the credit card charged I would receive an update email. Well, no update, it was getting close to the end of the medication for Sandy. I called KV and spoke to a nice lady named Charlie. She checked and said it was shipped and tracked the package. It was on a truck and out for delivery, Yay! I received it later that day. Charlie told me they were having some problems with the new system and email alerts going out to customers. From nervous to happy in one phone call. I deducted one star for the system problems. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars all the way.

My experience with KV Supply equine supplies ranges from mares milk replacer for an orphan foal to mares in foal, weanlings, yearlings, mares, older horses and a stallion. Their wide range of products makes for a great resource for multiple needs. Their service is excellent and shipping is very reliable.

This is my first time ordering from KV Supply. I ordered a prescription drug for my dog. I made an error with my online order and called to have it corrected. The rep was very pleasant and helpful. Very quick turnaround considering I had to mail the original prescription. Best of all was the price for the drug which was about 20% less than I can purchase the drug for locally.

EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

This was the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. Ever. I received my order, and the items I purchase which looked like the same color online didn't match at all. These were collar and lead sets for a gift. I called customer service asking to order another set and not have to pay shipping again. I told her I'd keep the originals that didn't match (even though I can't use them) and just get two more. The collar looked nothing like their picture online. I think the one they shot is different than the one they sell. She had to tell me over and over that they didn't have to match, as rudely as she could, and talked to me like I was stupid. I couldn't believe she got away with talking to people like that, but I really needed the rest of my gift so I had to be satisfied with letting everyone else know what bad service this company gives.

KV Supply is a store I completely trust. I have ordered from them for many years and they always send exactly what I ordered. The packaging they use cannot be beat. Everything always arrives in a timely fashion.
