The worst part in dealing with kv supply is their packing and shipping. It takes for ever for something to be shipped and received.

Once my prescription was reviewed by the vet, the package arrived in a few days- regular shipping. Prices for Iverheart Max were the least expensive compared to the other online pet med vendors. I'll be back again to KV.

My vet, after saying they would approve the prescription, declined it and your customer service was so very patient and helpful while I tried getting it straightened out. She even called me to follow up which is basically unheard of in today's retail environment. Shipping was fast and free! KV is the best!! They usually include a coupon in the order however I assume they are no longer doing that, so I signed up for email specials etc.
