I have been ordering supplies and prescriptions from KV Supply since I adopted my first greyhound in 2001. Not only do I get timely delivery for all my orders, but if I ever have a question about anything, I can honestly say that the customer service is 5 star....every time. The nicest bunch of people you can ever want to work with.

KV Supply provides all the benefits of online shopping (cheaper costs, quick ordering) with the experience of local pet/vet shops. They provide the options and follow through needed when authorization is required from your vet. Prices always are some of the lowest found anywhere. Great website too.

KV Supply shipped quickly and sent exactly what I ordered. Really like these bowls for cat food. Especially like the material used for the bowls. BUT - Petstages uses a glue to adhere the label to the entire surface of the feeding area of the bowl -- and it's impossible to remove the lable. Didn't want to use anything toxic, so the glue still remains. Bad Petstages

Great customer care team. Answers questions quickly and accurately. Realm convenient they're open Saturdays. Pharmacy is accurate and fills scripts quickly. They are patient reaching my vet - he is difficult to get a hold of and the pharmacy team is persistent. Quality products at fair prices. Items that I can't find anywhere else, such as Connectin for dogs.

Previous experience with KV Vet has always been positive. Not this time, and this was a very important one. Ran out of my dogs prescription Etodolac and reordered. Gave all vet info and had KV Vet fax to my Vet. My Vet faxed back (I confirmed with them that they have confirmation fax prescription had been received by KV Vet) but KV Vet never processed it. Had gotten email that I should receive by 8/25/2015. On 8/26/2015 I contacted KV Vet that I had not received order yet and was informed that they did not get my vet's faxed precription back. I called my vet to have them re-fax it. I received a call the next day letting me know they now can process my order and I should get it AROUND 9/2 or 9/3!!! My dog is a 12 1/2 year old collie. The Etodolac helps him be able to go up and down stairs. Since 8/25 I have had to assist him UP AND DOWN THE PORCH STAIRS so he could go potty.I'm not talking about a flight of stairs, only 4, but it is still to much for him with out the Etodolac. I know accidents happen, and things get lost, I asked if this order could be expedited with the shipping and was told to talk to person who would be calling the next day. When that person called she left message that it was already shipped and when to expect it. Really think that was poor service, and how do you explain to an elderly dog, "hey your med's won't be here for another week, sorry they didn't care enough about you not being in pain to send it quicker than ground shipping!" Very disapointed in quality of service and lack of service I got. Also about trying to blame veterinarian for KV Vet's mistake. Will I shop with KV Vet anymore, I don't know. What I do know is I will be sure to let people how KV Vet let me down and if they have an important order they might want to think twice before ordering or just go somewhere else for the medications for their 4 legged family members.
