Fast shipping and great costumer service

I like KV as I am able to find items I need with them when I cannot find them elsewhere. I like their free shipping too. And very fast service.

I have ordered from KV Supply several times for my pets prescriptions, but this time they said they did not receive the prescription from my vet and didn't alert me to this fact. So after not receiving a shipping notice, I called to see what the hold up was and they said they hadn't received the prescription. So I called my vet and they had in fact sent it in - so they sent it again. If KV Supply had just picked up the phone and called the vet after a certain amount of time of not receiving the prescription, it would have saved me a lot of time and several phone calls. Follow through with your orders - provide better customer service.

I always purchase their SSG work gloves b/c of cost savings. Even though they wear out fast, the gloves fit well in the fingers and have an adjustable strap for thicker or thinner wrists. I have been a KV Vet Supply customer for over 20 years. Their CS is exception, friendly and fast. I wish their KV bucks did not expire. I would shop more often!
