You advertise the purchase I was making with a "no shipping charge" benefit. Only to find out on the check out page (or next page in the order process) that you then impose a handling fee. Yes, you are correct, handling fee is not technically a shipping charge, but it shows that you are make deceptive statements and are sneaky. I don't like sneaky companies. It leave a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak. No problem with the product or rest of my experience, just that.

I ordered the replacement nuts and bolts for putting one of my dog crates together. I was not able to find these in any store, other than buying generic screws and nuts. I now have a set of nuts and bolts for my dog crate which are exactly like those that originally came with it. The charge was nominal, and the item was delivered quickly. Thank you.

Orders can sometimes be slow. Plan ahead. When drugs are backed ordered, alternatives options are not provided. Substitution of brand name to fill the gap when generic is not available. I have used KV for years. The issues I have had recently is new. I am sure this is only temporary.

Being recently retired and on a fixed income i thought that the prices at KV would help the monthly cash flow over what i spend at the vet. After ordering I received a phone call asking about my vet and KV needing to send them a fax for some type of authorization. The vet would not complete the fax but gave me a prescription. I called KV and was going to email the prescription but they can only take the original so I had to mail it. It would be helpful to know in the beginning ALL that needs to be done for a particular medication. I saw the charge on my card today so hopefully the meds have shipped. The whole process will end up taking about 3 weeks.
