I have shopped with KV Supply for many, many year! Even back when they were KV Vet & KV Pet, etc... I find their shipping to be fast and customer service to be great. We have 6 show dogs ourselves, board up to 8 more at times, have horses and yaks. Animal supplements and supplies are my life! Over the last year , I have found KV Supply to be more expensive than a lot of the competition (sometimes 25% more) and not good about price matching anymore either. If they would lower prices overall...they'd have me back as a full time customer.

This company always gets the product to us on time or earlier than expected.

I do a lot of shopping online so have a fair amount of experience with policies of different companies. KV is on top of it with promptness both in sales and returns. I do resent their tacking on a $5.00 handling fee. I rarely see this with other companies I do business with. "Handling" should be part of the job, not an extra.

I recommend this company to my training clients. Delivery of merchandise is prompt and in the past few years I have had no problems. The one time there was a problem, it was remedied to my satisfaction.

I needed a prescription for the item I was wanting to purchase for my steer - I do not recall reading that I needed a prescription on the Internet Site.
