Always fast service. Things I order come very fast within a week.

Ordered items on Saturday afternoon, received in Tuesday's mail.

I've been a customer of KV for almost 20 years, and they've never let me or my pets down. Prices are competitive, shipping is free, and their customer service is heads above everyone else - their people are courteous, friendly and professional. Plus they're the company I always go to for my pet's standard prescription needs. If their website hiccups, you can always call in and they'll take care of you in person. I recommend them to my coworkers, friends and acquaintances whenever they need pet supplies.

I bought something that cost $6 and paid $50 for shipping, I will never use this site again. The shipping charges were not incurred from customs, perhaps you could look at not packing 4 pills into a huge box with a bunch of bags of air and that might bring your shipping costs down. It would have been sufficient to send my order in an envelope. But instead of taking some accountability and looking for a solution, your response is to blame the customer. Great customer service. Since this was my first time ordering I wasn't aware that I was paying for such a ridiculous service. I ordered from a different American website the exact same amount of the exact same product that came one day quicker and paid $8 shipping. Again, I will never use this website.

I order all my Vet supplies from KV Supply. I have never been disappointed . The order has always been on time and exactly what I have ordered. If there is a back order, I am notified. I click and KV Supply staff takes it from there: contact vet, prompt processing & shipping. Prices are better than comparable. Have strongly recommended (& provided all contact info for) KV Supply to several of my neighbors. They too were/are most pleased with the services received.

Deliveries of products are always on time. Prices are great. I will order from KV pet supplies as long as I have pets.
