KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

Your web side is easy to use. I found what I was looking for. Your prices compatible and shipment was prompt. Good service and I will be back. Len

I ordered a puppy pen and then within an hour decided it was going to be too small. I tried calling the customer service repeatedly waiting for 20 minutes and never being connected. I finally sent an email and a fax and my order was cancelled. It would be nice to be able to get a live person on the phone. Other than that, I think this is a wonderful company, products are well priced and I will definitely shop here again.

Sorry. I hate to give a bad review, but I ordered heart guard for my lab. The first order never arrived. I contacted KV who apologized profusely and (supposedly) sent a second order. That one never arrived either. By this time we were getting dangerously close to being out of the heart guard. When I called KV a third time, they finally sent an order that did arrive. I have no idea what happened to the 2 orders that were supposedly sent previously, but I never saw them.

Good value and fast delivery, easy to coordinate prescriptions with my vet office.

Good prices and selection of products. Fast shipping. Will order from KV again. Thank you.

Great service, superior communication, easy to navigate website and the best pricing. I definitely will use again.

I was able to get two jars of kitten milk replacement for the price of 1 at the pet store. Shipping was a little slow and was rescheduled for a day later than expected but the price was worth the wait.

Ordered Arthramine Max for my two little dogs. Arrived quickly and well packed. I need something with alot of HA in it, to help with Inky's back legs, and with Dusty's arthritis. They gobble it down with no issues. Many thanks!
