Was shocked at cost to send back item. I considered keeping something that doesn't work but don't want to clutter my house. Will hesitate unless absolutely sure item is right.

What's not to like? They're fast, verified, and cheaper than the vet.

Ordered Rx took longer to arrive than expected. Don't see any Coupon or discounts offered much.

The support staff contacts me if an item will be delayed. They provided a lot of assistance in getting me set up to order the medical items needed for my cats care.

I have bought many things through the years from KV and have always gotten what I ordered with quick delivery and no problems with the packaging. I have called with questions and the person answering was always friendly and informative. In comparing prices, KV is usually the best when you compare the total package of shipping cost, etc. Also, I appreciate the scripture quoted in the front of the catalogs. It's a little bright spot I look for.

As usual, great service, however I do wish an email with tracking information would be generated upon shipment. This is something that I miss. It is very helpful to be able to track your package and be prepared for it's arrival.

I was surprised at how fast I received my order and I really like earning the KV bucks to apply to future orders.
