I've ordered numerous times from KV Supply. Each time the service has been excellent. Shipments come as promised.

I was unable to receive my order due to poor online ordering system and inadequate phone support hours of operation. I placed an order on 12/5 but was unable to complete my rx request after 20+ attempts as they have "recently updated our system and are working through some issues." I followed the email link to update the missing information the following day assuming my order would be processed and delivered between 12/10-12/14 as indicated. I received a slightly rude phone message 12/18 indicating that I had not followed up and that my order would be cancelled 12/23 if I did not call and provide additional information. I called the customer service number and was told I would have to fax in my veterinary license but that the pharmacy is closed until Monday anyway. I asked when I should expect the rest of my order as it was already past the window I was expecting. The rep told me all orders are processed together and nothing would ship until after the pharmacy returned on Monday. This was not the expectation I had when ordering and as I followed the instructions and submitted all requested information I am very disappointed that KV Supply waited until 4 days after my order should have arrived and the day before the pharmacy would be closed for the weekend to inform me they were still missing information (that I already provided via the email link sent to me). I decided to cancel my order at that time and will be taking my business to another vendor. I will also caution my clients that KV Supply is not a recommended source for online pet products.

I regularly find toys for pooch-owning friends that elicit a response of, "where did you find this?!?"

I have veen using KV for sixteen years. Their service cannot be beat and you can be sure you are receiving the exact product you order...no rip offs here!

parcel was shipped out in a timely manner arrived in oakland ca. on time took five business days to get delivered (13 miles) to destination went out for delivery but never delivered as scheduled asked for replacement shipment to be sent overnight but was denied this parcel contained prescription meds

There is nothing I can say that is anything less than complimentary about this company. Their prices are the most competitive, their website is easy to negotiate, and most important of all -- their customer service is exemplary! They are proactive about contacting my vet's office about prescription fills/refills and they ship everything in a very timely manner.

I mistyped my new address and they were great about helping me find where my product went and even called to make sure I received it.
