This company has excellent customer service and prompt shipping.

I, in good faith, made an order with KV Supply and received an order number. It informed me i would receive this order which was made 2/26/16, by 3/7/16 or before. Today, 3/8/16 i finally called KV Supply and was told by customer service rather curtly that KV Supply no longer carries Perio Support. The question is why not inform me when ordering rather than leading me on and causing my dog to miss out on her vet-prescribed supplement? This has been handled extremely poorly and inexcusably by KV Supply.

KV Supply is always dependable. I have only had to use customer service once, about 7-8 years ago, and they were very polite,professional and handled "the website" issue promptly.

I have had excellent service and prompt response whenever I have a question. All my supplies for my pets are ordered through KV.

They have excellent response time in delivering orders, always helpful when you call them.

A pleasure to shop. Easy to navigate, lots of variety and service as advertised. Couldn't find a better place to shop for my 2 Border Terriers!

High quality IV Fluids Thank you

I started ordering your Hawaiian Delights for large birds last year when my local pet store seemed to be sold out almost every time I needed them. Cosmo, my African Grey Parrot, lets me know how much he craves them! Once, when I was cleaning his cage, I dropped his Hawaiian Delights on his "floor", as I didn't have it secured to the top as I usually do. Cosmo said, "Oh Oh !!! And he repeated himself 3 times until I got t it back up for him. Birds love the taste of fruit, & we give him fresh fruit every day, but he craves Hawaiian Delights throughout the day. African greys are highly intelligent, are great talkers, & let you know what they want. When Cosmo gets real low on his Hawaiian Delights, he says, "want a treat?" or "fruit tree!!". (We call Hawaiian Delights his fruit tree.) I recently ordered him 8 more so he doesn't run out for a while. Glad to know they're made in U.S.A, & KV Supply gives me a better price than my pet store. We thank you, & Cosmo thanks you!
