I place my orders on the web site...it's easy and fast. They send my order out right away and don't charge me an arm and a leg. I don't have any complaints. Thanks so much!

The company obviously changed this item but on the KV Supply site they show the previous type. However, I wanted the older version and ordered 12 of them but when received package, it was the newer version so I had to ship back. Waiting on receipt of shipment and credit to my credit card account.

All of the business I have done over the years with KV Supply have been smooth transactions, whether I'm buying a halter or ordering meds for my aged horse. They make it easy for my vet to call in a prescription, which I know she appreciates. Most recently, I left my ordering to the last minute and needed to change the shipping option when I realized I wouldn't be home to receive the order. Diane in customer service took care of everything over the phone and the meds I needed were delivered the next day. Yes you may save a couple of dollars on meds elsewhere but great customer service counts just as much!

KV Supply always gets our medication to us in a timely manner. We had to visit the Vet again, and KV made sure we had what we needed and quickly followed up after our visit.
