I purchased Heartgard, which requires a prescription. We have 4 dogs and because this product is expensive, we were delighted to find it at a big savings from KV Supply. They were also very helpful in setting up the Rx with our vet. They're efficient and are savings us $$. We highly recommend them!

I placed an order for my dog's meds well in advance of when she would run out of her prescription. Placed order on the 10th - should be delivered by the 20th. Still no package. Finally called on the 24th and was informed that the package had been delivered on the 24th to my "front door". After searching the entire area around my front door, I located the package in the bushes near my driveway! I realize this is not KV's fault; however, maybe they should use a different carrier for delivery. It had rained and snowed on this package and my dog ran out of her meds all because the delivery person was too lazy to even put it on my walkway (where at least I would have seen it) Horrible United Parcel "SERVICE"
