I ordered 12 month supply of Heartgard for my brindle lab mix baby, Tony. Everything I needed to order Heartgard was all there online, including my dog's profile. It was seamless, because KV Supply faxes the prescription request to my vet. Didn't have to make any calls - all online. Loved it!

I had a poor experience, Wrong in when ordering. There was no hypodermic needle as I was assured there would be and there wer no instructions with vaccine. J Capes

KV Vet's site was easy to navigate. The communication between KV and my vet for approval was quick and the meds came a day or two later. I definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

I was promised delivery Thursday or Friday of last week. The package arrived late yesterday (Tuesday). Very disappointed. Also, the webpage is NOT user friendly. Had to call to add a pet.
